Refund Policy

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for lessons missed. This is due to the planning commitments of our teachers. In the event of a missed lesson, students can access resources from the lesson on the Google Classroom. 

Once you have signed your child up for a course, this place cannot be offered to another student once the course has started. Therefore, if you wish your child to be removed from a course, this must be done in writing stating the individual circumstances. Please also note that although monthly payments can be stopped by us at any point throughout a course, no refund will be given, including any upfront enrolment payments made.
